I am OBSESSED with this place! There is something exciting to find everywhere you look. I visit New Haven annually and always set aside at least an hour to visit Lou Lou because it takes several laps around the store before I even see everything. I get tons of compliments on the accessories I buy there and it’s always a really pleasant place to shop. Kira, the manager, is helpful and attentive. It is one of my most favorite shopping destinations and I look forward to it far in advance. The prices are affordable, the pieces are long-lasting and there are styles for every taste. My only complaint is that their website is not updated enough so I can buy from them even when I am far from New Haven!! I could not recommend Lou Lou in New Haven highly enough!! It is a MUST visit destination when in New Haven.

The store is much larger than it appears up front so there were a lot of items to select from. The staff were lovely and there were a lot of gift items to curate/select from,

I recently stopped in at Lou Lou for the first time during the Yale App. & Dessert crawl and it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I found a pair of very comfy and fun slippers, as well as some beautiful earrings! The shop is full of cute gifts, women's accessories, and fun kids items. I'll definitely be back.
